Sekaran Realities was established in 1962 by Thiru. K. Chandrasekaran.Our founder has engaged in several projects along the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) and East Coast Road (ECR) in the city. Today, we have emerged as a leading construction company by setting new milestones and implementing new strategies in the industry. Our founder’s youngest son, Mr V. K. C. Jayamohan, is the managing director of Sekaran Realities. He has taken our company to new heights by implementing honest business practices and providing quality products. His vision in foreseeing, planning and executing futuristic projects is well appreciated by clients.

His wife, Mrs J. Dhanalakshmi, is a director of the company as well as an interior designer. She transforms the newly built house into a comfy home. Her style is aesthetically pleasing, contemporary and functional – the homes are a pleasure to own and live in. Their daughter, Miss C. J. Mahanisha is also a director of the company. She brings youthful ideas and out-of-the box methods to the table with her creative mind.
